12 Week Coaching Package

Each package includes:

  • “Discovery Call” to discuss your health goals, review program options, and determine what is the best solution for you. This is a chance for you to learn about and get a feel for the style of the program and decide if it would be the right fit for you.

  • First Coaching Session lasting up to 75 minutes where we complete your comprehensive intake report and customize a meal plan and approach to meet your established goals.

You will also receive:

  • Introduction to the “8 Pillars of a Nutritious Life.”

  • Macronutrient guidance

  • The “4 Keys” towards nutritious eating including hunger quotient, portion and proportion guidance, and food timing.

  • Education that will allow you to build your own meal plans based upon your unique food preferences.

  • Sample meal plans and snack choices.

  • Self-management strategies and tools for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle and behavior changes.

  • Resources covering a wide variety of topics throughout the program depending on your needs and interests.

The 12-Week Coaching Package includes:

  • Seven coaching sessions in total - Three 75-minute sessions and Four 30-minute sessions

  • Two email support questions

  • Weekly text or email check-ins

  • Sample one-week meal menu with grocery list

  • Recipe and Food Preparation strategies

  • Continued support and accountability as you make small weekly changes to assist and improve upon established short-term and long-term goals.
